Spacious 750sq ft live/work loft with 30 foot wall of windows, tin ceilings with a view of the city. Perfect for a photographer or artist or anyone else who wants to spend time in a great neighborhood with a short 4 minute walk to the Morgan stop on the L train and multiple Citibike locations within two blocks. Very close to tons of bars, restaurants, coffee shops and vintage stores.

The layout of the loft is flexible with a murphy bed so that the space can quickly be configured for photo shoots. Because of the open layout the loft would only be appropriate for an individual or couple. For the photographers, there will be some c-stands in the apartment that you are welcome to use.

Oven, microwave, projector, vintage furniture and vintage record player/stereo with eclectic mix of records, queen casper mattress, toto washlet bidet, tons of plants and a washer dryer in building.

MY DATES ARE FLEXIBLE. I would prefer to rent the loft to someone for the full time but am open to shorter durations.

Includes wifi + utilities. No pets [I have a dog in case you are allergic].
