It gets so much light at all times of the day! We rent directly from the owners of this home, so we’re looking to find respectful tenants who will care for the space!

** Note: I know the apartment is GORG and some people are just curious to come see it in general. I totally get it - it's a rare space for NYC! About This Lister

I'm a comedian/actress and I've lived in this apartment with my sister for the past 2.5 years! We absolutely love living here and are sad to be leaving, but we decided that we want to get our own apartments!

Rental requirements

Combined household income must be at least 40x the rent ($240,000). Each tenant will need to provide the following documents:

- Proof of income
- Each tenant will need to provide 1 reference that the landlord can call to ask about you. (When I applied, I just put a coworker down as my reference)

After we review these documents from you, we’ll introduce you to the owners via email. If the owners accept your documents, they’ll run a credit check on their end which I believe will have a fee of $20 per person. You will also need to schedule a short Zoom chat with the owners upon approval

A $6000 security deposit will also be required to sign the lease
