Perched atop a 1920s Altbau in Lichtenberg, this light-filled apartment offers the perfect blend of old-world character and contemporary comfort. The apartment is on the 5th floor with lots of natural sunlight coming from the east and the west side of the apartment. The apartment features three distinct rooms: a bedroom, an office with a convertible single bed, and a living room with access to the rooftop terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom includes a bathtub and laundry facilities. While there is no elevator, the climb is worth it: a tranquil home base just five minutes from Berlin's comprehensive transit hub, connecting you to the entire city via U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram, and bus.

We are looking to rent for the entire month of February or minimum 2 week stay at 75 USD/Day.

The neighborhood balances its historical weight with modern charm, featuring cozy spots like Café Wostok for artisanal coffee and homemade cakes, and Gisela for craft beer and seasonal German cuisine. Don't miss the sprawling Dong Xuan Center, Berlin's largest Asian market, or Herzberger Lichtspiele, a charming independent cinema-café. This is our only home so please make sure that you treat it with love and don’t throw parties.
