This 2B1B apartment is recently renovated (it was brand new when I moved in last year) and has an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and central AC/heating. There is one shared parking space in the lot and plenty of street parking otherwise.
Frogtown is minutes away from Atwater Village, Highland Park, and Echo Park. I commute daily to DTLA with no issues.
I also have two cats so more pets would be difficult to accommodate, but I'm willing to discuss!
Lease renewal is at Dec 14.
