We’re transitioning to a more remote way of working and are looking for a team to take over (part of) our office space.

The setup is flexible. Currently, only 1–2 of us are in the office on any given day, and we occasionally use one of the conference rooms. The space includes 12 desk areas (with room to add more), two conference rooms—one equipped with a full AV setup for calls—and a separate room that we currently use as a showroom.

The office is located in the heart of SoHo, with easy access to transit, cafes, and the surrounding creative community. It occupies an entire floor in a historic loft building and features street-level access, a dedicated floor elevator, and a fully equipped kitchen.

We’re open to different configurations, but are looking to sublet at least one-third of the space (starting at $4,000/month).
