There are endless options for going out for drinks / food since it borders both Fort Green and Bed-Stuy with plenty of great options in Clinton Hill itself. Pratt Institute, just 2 blocks away, has one of the most beautiful campuses in NYC that is open to the public where you can take sanctuary among the public artworks, historical architecture and greenery. There is an amazing Key Food just 10 min away with the most incredible selection compared to most supermarkets but if you're looking for more convenience there is a C Town supermarket literally just around the corner from the apartment. Laundry is also just around the corner from the building.

The apartment is currently furnished, though the tenant plans to remove some artwork and personal belongings once a new tenant is secured.
