Hi! Come live with me in this magical home! It has a special energy. Originally built in the 1920's as a prop house for Charlie Chaplin studios, this was also used as a dance studio in the 90’s. This serene retreat is enveloped by large windows to let in gorgeous light throughout the day.

I've decorated it with genuine mid century modern furniture, vintage artwork and lots of green plants! Shared bathroom with a deep cement bath tub to soak in, vintage kitchen, back porch with BBQ and herb garden, and huge yard with a fire pit. Street parking, there's usually plenty, but if not, you can park onsite.

It's located on the Echo Park side of Silverlake, Walking distance to Modo Yoga Studio, and near to both Silverlake reservoir and Echo Park lake.


The bedroom: The room is the loft upstairs with a window that opens up to the stars! There is a trapdoor for your privacy. There is room for your stuff up there, and also a full sized closet for you downstairs. Some room in the shed for storage. It's got a bed up there. My room is underneath behind the curtain, so it's close quarters, so not conducive for couples or overnight guests. There are plenty of hang out spots around the house to chill and work.
