Big sunny room available in Bushwick, NY starting July 1.

Huge closet and big windows. Does not include utilities (wifi and central air/heat depending on the season). Right off the M/L/J trains, our cross-street is Central/Harman St. Laundry down the street. Close to bars and cafes!

You will have 2 other roommates (me, and a friendly film colorist dude), and a cat lives in the space as well - so you must be pet friendly. Women/femmes/queer folk preferred, 420 friendly, clean, respectful, kind - the basics. No other pets allowed unfortunately :(

(The living room is not pictured yet because the rooms are shuffling around currently as previous tenants are moving out. But it will be fabulous and have lots of plants, a tv, and a couch. The room pics are from various years. I've lived here for 5 years and seen it go through different transformations!)

-Must be willing to stay and sign a sublease contract for a year, or give 1 month notice on leaving for any emergency reason.
-Please write describing yourself and what you do, if it's the right fit we can meet over zoom first and then show the room!
