I live in a five story walkup in the heart of E Williamsburg off the Montrose L stop. The building is ten years old, has laundry and a small gym in building, and is conveniently located. The space is quiet and inward facing towards the garden. There are new appliances and central AC/heat in each room and in the main space.

The two rooms are slightly different in size. The slightly smaller room pays $50 less than what is listed here.

About This Lister

I am a Dancer and Teacher in Brooklyn, and am originally a California native. This is my 4th year living in New York most recently. I love art, dance, moving my body, nature, writing, the humanity in people, travel, lounging, being with people I love and eating good food.

I enjoy roommates who are kind and considerate, playful, open and cleanly. And are flexible in their approach to living together. It is important to me that we create a home together, and that we are considerate of each other and the space.

My schedule varies, from some more intense periods of work, and other times less. I am looking for roommates with a pretty consistent work schedule, and working mostly out of the home.

Some non-negotiable:
No partiers, smoking, heavy drinkers, loud or uncleanly people. If you are currently in a relationship, please be away that it is an intimate shared space, and that your partner is not an additional roommate.
