I’m looking for 2 roommates (female, late 20s) to sign onto a 1 year lease starting Feb 1. I’ve been here for a year and feel SO lucky to have found such a special spot. Current roommates are moving out to live with a partner/closer to grad school, and I would love to find new roommates who are down to also be friends and create a peaceful little oasis in the heart of Williamsburg.

Common spaces will be mostly furnished (slightly different from photos bc roommates are taking some furniture) and amenities include:

- 1 minute (2 blocks) from Bedford L train (<10 minutes to Manhattan)
- In-unit washer/dryer
- Dishwasher
- Central AC and heat
- 2nd floor walk up
- Exposed brick
- Roof access
- Responsive super
- No issues with bugs/rodents
- Good shower heat & pressure
