Hi! I'm looking for a room or roommate to sign a new lease for me and my dog, Simon, starting August 1. I want to live in crown heights or the surrounding area, if possible.

My ideal rent price is $1500, but will go up to $1800 for the right place. I have a library of books (about 3 bookshelves filled), and need a space to work from home 2 days a a week. A backyard is a high priority, but i can live without it.

I have my own furniture. So i can furnish a space myself. Tv, ps5, bed, dresser, closet organizers, dining table, desk, chairs, etc.

Im looking for a roommate who loves dogs, because Simon is a lover boy. Someone Who might want to be friends but I'm happy to just be roommates. Have a stable income and good credit or have a guarantor.
