Budget: Under $2,000/month
Move-In Date:ASAP
Hello! My name is Katia, and I’m a full-time teacher caring for my elderly parents and our two sweet dogs. After living in the same apartment since 1989, we are being displaced due to rising rents and are urgently searching for a new home.
We’re looking for a pet-friendly space, ideally near Prospect Park or Greenwood Cemetery, where my parents can continue to enjoy daily walks and fresh air. We’re flexible on size, but something with enough room for us to live comfortably as a family. We’re hoping to stay under $2,000/month. Our dogs are well-behaved and a huge part of our family—they’ve been a great source of comfort and companionship, especially for my parents.
As a teacher, I am deeply rooted in this community and would love to remain close to my work, where I’m able to continue supporting the students and families who rely on me.
If you know of any opportunities, leads, or have any advice, please feel free to reach out. We are so grateful for your support during this challenging time!
Warmly,
Katia Katsnelson
