I would love a washer and dryer in the building or the apartment. A gym is a plus, but not 100% needed. Preferably close to the M/J train, as I work on Broadway. I currently live in Bushwick, and I do have a lot of things: I'm leaving a 2-year lease, mostly kitchen supplies (plates, silverware, glasses, etc.), a multilevel shelf for a closet, and bar chairs. I would rather not give away my things but use them! Looking to pay less than what I currently pay.
