Hi!

I'm an upcoming transplant from California looking for a furnished spot in Manhattan (flexible on neighborhood) to sublet over the summer (flexible on dates) as I find long-term housing.

- Looking to stay between $3.5k - $3.8k per month + utilities
- Totally fine with a walk up or elevator building
- Current plan is to get out to NYC by 7/1 and i have some vacation in parts of July and August, so ideally looking for something that will give me home base until end of August

I'm currently in SF, but can FT and/or fly out to NYC prior to signing any leases.

- I'm in my mid-thirties, working for a software company with an office in NYC so I'm planning to be working from that office 2-3x a week.
- I'm quiet, very clean, and respectful, and hoping to find an apartment that is on the quieter side (i.e. not facing a super busy street ideally)
- In my spare time I like to ride my bike, read, go out to dinner (I describe myself as extremely food motivated), yoga/lift weights, enjoy live music, and travel (both for work and fun)
