I have a big room for rent in prime Williamsburg. The apt has 2 BR, big living space with kitchen, shared bathroom. 6th floor with elevator. There’s lots of light, 3 blocks to Trader Joe’s, 5-7 min walk to Whole Foods, 10 min walk to Bedford L stop.
The room has a very big closet, large windows. Laundry in the building.
I’m looking for someone who is calm, pays rent on time, no parties, no renting your room when you’re gone, occasional visits are ok. Is chill, positive. Preferably a woman.
Rent plus utilities every month.
