I’m looking for two roommates to move in this July! I’d love to live with people who are down to be friends, but also respects personal space so everyone can feel comfortable and recharge when needed. Ideally someone who goes to bed before midnight on weeknights lol, likes cats (I have one named Mochi), and is cool with having friends over occasionally or hosting a dinner party here and there.

Basement Room 2/ with Private Bathroom/Shower + Entrance - $1,670.66

**Just another thing to note with the basement room - it doesn't have like a traditional door. It’s separated from the upstairs by a spiral staircase that connects to the kitchen/living area. Past roommates have been comfortable with the setup, but I’m open to adding some kind of divider or barrier for more privacy**
