Looking to fill a room (the room will not be furnished) in a fully furnished 3-bedroom apartment. One of the bedrooms is a small room that is used as an office that I work in 9-5. This is a 3-story walkup in a small building on Flatbush Ave (second floor) and the available room is at the back of the apartment with east-facing windows and is very quiet.

Notes about the apartment:
- Windows in front and back of apartment so lots of natural light in bedrooms and kitchen
- Lots of storage space (large shared closet and bedroom closets)
- Includes window AC unit for bedroom
- Landlord is responsive and fast, I have lived in this unit for 5 years with no issues that weren't resolved within 12 hours
- Near the Q and B - it takes about 40 minutes to get to midtown
- No washer in-unit, but multiple laundromats are available within a 5 minute walk
- Fully furnished (I work in the furniture industry so I already have a lot of really high quality furniture and lots of art, but I am absolutely comfortable rearranging/making space for a new person entering)
- Utilities typically cost somewhere between $100-$350/month total (with higher bills being in the summer with AC units running), which will be split evenly
- Lots of fun devices - I have a slew of fun kitchen gear and consoles that I'm happy to share, including a (not very good) VR setup
- I have a cat named Fig who is just over 1 year old (for any Dimension 20 fans, her full name is Figueroth)
- Start and end dates are flexible, but I am looking for a long-term roommate to move in before May 1

My name is Lauren (she/her). I am 32 and largely a homebody - my hobbies in the apartment mostly revolve around cooking, playing video games, watching movies, or running a D&D campaign with my friends. I work from my office in the apartment managing data for an online furniture company, basically working 9-5 on weekdays. I'm from Boston originally but have lived in Brooklyn since 2021.

I do not host frequently, but I do enjoy having friends over to watch movies or play games once every few weeks. I also love to laugh and tend to have a sense of humor about most things.

I am also on the tidier-side of cleanliness but am not very particular - as long as we have a clean shared space I am happy!
