Spacious, furnished 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment with wood floors beautiful light and views. The apartment also has a bonus room, with 2 big skylights and a couch that pulls out into a bed. You do have to walk through the bedroom to access the bonus room, railroad style. To enter the apartment you walk down our driveway and through the yard.

Utilities and internet are included. The apartment has a new mini split that works well to cool the whole space except for the back bonus room, which needs to have the door open to be cooled down.

Keep in mind that we do have 2 small children (not babies), so there might be some children sounds in the evenings and weekends. We unfortunately cannot allow pets in the apartment. The space is ideal for a single person or couple. Let me know if you have questions about more than 2 people of kids as there is a pullout bed in the bonus room.

There is no parking included and we are on Kingswell near Hillhurst and less than 2 blocks to Vermont.

The neighborhood is incredible for walking to restaurants, cafes, bars, the movie theatres (Vista and Los Feliz 3), library, bookstore, Griffith Park, Silver Lake, and East Hollywood.
