This fully furnished private bungalow sits at the back of a gated property, central in the Los Feliz neighborhood. It is a quiet, residential neighborhood with lots of historic homes, cute bungalows and apartment buildings. There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, bars and coffee shops within walking distance. It is walkable to Griffith Park, The Observatory and plenty of tennis courts! The location has easy access to the 5 freeway (downtown, the valley) and the 101 (westside). The Metro red line is about a 30 minute walk, and there are lots of bike rentals you can walk to.

The bungalow was renovated in 2023. It is bright and spacious with a 400 sq ft open floor plan that includes one queen sized bed, a living area, kitchenette and a glass enclosed shower in the bathroom. It has a private gated patio with a lounge area. There is a large closet, as well as a linen closet in the bathroom for additional storage. There are two sets of sheets and lots of towels. I have added a small desk in the living area by the french doors (sorry it's not photographed!). The bungalow is decorated with custom furniture, designed by me and vintage finds.

The kitchenette has all of the small appliances you need to make it work-two burner electric cooktop, convection oven / air fryer, microwave, coffee maker. nutribullet, small food processor, full sized fridge, gas bbq etc. Lots of dishes, glassware, pots and pans.

There is split unit for heating and cooling.

Laundry is available, on a prearranged day, in the main house and is easily accessible from the back house. There are also a couple of laundromats, dry cleaners and fluff and fold in the area.

There is usually plenty of street parking and I provide a gate opener for tenants to park overnight on the driveway.

There is a salt water pool and patio area that I share with my tenants.

I take a lot of care with the space and I am looking for someone who appreciates the design and will take care of it as if it were their own.

I have owned the property for 10 years and renovated the garage in 2023 to start renting it out. I am a freelance creative and work in interior designer, custom furniture and retail consulting / buying. I have lots of plants inside and out, and love just being around my house with my dog Peaches. We have lots of human and dog friends in the neighborhood!
