Bright, spacious, serene 1-bedroom located in Crown Heights. Half a block from the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, five minutes to the Brooklyn Museum, and an easy walk to some of the best blocks in Brooklyn.

I own the apartment and renovated it with great care seven years ago. It has everything you need: full kitchen with essentials, combo washer/dryer, dishwasher, A/C, WiFi, linens, dedicated workspace and TV w/streamers. The apartment is in a quiet, well-maintained co-op building and being a good neighbor for the month is essential.

The neighborhood is wonderful. A hop skip to dozens of amazing restaurants, cafes, bars and grocery shops on Franklin Ave, Washington Ave and Vanderbilt. Prospect Park and the Saturday Grand Army Plaza farmers market are both a short stroll away. The 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains are a 7-minute walk; the B and Q at Prospect Park about 12.

I'm looking for someone who appreciates a lovingly furnished home, is tidy, and knows how to take care of things.

Rental requirements

I'm looking for a responsible, clean, and considerate subtenant who will treat the space with care. No parties, no pets, no smoking, no-shoes indoors and no additional occupants. Please maintain the apartment in the condition you find it and communicate promptly if anything needs attention. Ideal for one person or a couple.

Rent is $3,500 for the month and does not include electricity (which typically runs $100–200 in August depending on AC use). A fully refundable security deposit ($1,750) and a post-stay cleaning fee ($200) will also be required. We'll sign a simple sublet agreement to ensure clarity for both parties.

Copy of government-issued ID required.
