We're happy to offer our bright and artsy 91 m² (980sqf) apartment in the heart of the trendy 11th arrondissement, set within a classic Haussmann building. Located on the 1st floor (2nd US), the space blends very Parisian architectural details such as high ceilings, large windows, and ornately framed mirrors with modern, mid-century, Edwardian and bespoke furniture we've collected through our travels.

It features two large bedrooms, a spacious living area filled with natural light and plants, an eat-in kitchen and bathroom. It also includes areas you can use to set up a mini laptop office with wifi, as well as books and several fun board games. Inside you'll find a comforting and creative space, and just outside you'll find cafés, shops (including what we consider one of Paris' best grouping of local organic shops!), and transit.

Closest metro is Goncourt (11), but close to several lines (2,5,7) and an 8 minute walk to Republique.

Amenities include a modern kitchen, dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, fiber internet, and a recently renovated bathroom with a shower. Ideal for a couple, small family, or professionals, it offers both worldly character and practicality in one of Paris’s most desirable districts. (close to Canal Saint-Martin, Oberkampf, Belleville, and neighboring the super-chic Marais).

We're flexible a bit on the dates as we plan to travel and could offer a monthly discount.
