Room available in a great apt in NW Crown Heights. Room is furnished with Bed and nightstand, and common space is fully set up and liveable (kitchen supplies, record player, couch, tv, etc). Must be cool with cats (she is an excellent hang and very low maintenance). All utilities and bills are included in the rent, and everything beyond that is negotiable within reason. Open to extending your stay if everything is groovy.

Apt is a short walk from the A C E at Nostrand ave and the 1-6 trains at Franklin (and the 1 at Nostrand/Parkway). 4th floor walkup

Just be friendly, reasonable, reliable, kind, and nice to my cat. My needs are few.

My work hrs are noon-9, 5 days/wk (rotating days off)

I am a former bartender of 8yrs, now Managing a boutique wine & spirits shop in the West Village. Mostly keep to myself but happy to hang and chat, I’d rather not live w a complete stranger. I am quiet and courteous and would love to work together to maintain a clean space with good vibes. Late nights and visitors are totally okay but a party house is not!

When I’m home I mostly watch movies. Sometimes play video games. I’m trying to read more. I also love recording music but haven’t done much of that lately (I have a studio on the other end of the apt).

Doing a dry February, but aside from that, I’m out and about much of the time!
