My partner and I are looking to sublet our apartment from 5/31/26 - 11/30/26, with the possibility of extending further into next year. We have some flexibility on dates on the back end, so feel to reach out if you're looking for a similar but not identical period (minimum 5 months; 5/31 = earliest move-in date). Steps from the J and M trains, a short walk to the G and L trains, and with a number of buses close by (B24, B39, B62 and Q59), the apartment is in an ideal location for getting the most out of Brooklyn and Manhattan. I particularly enjoy taking the 45-minute walk over the Williamsburg Bridge to the Lower East Side to meet friends at Kiki's! We're on the 4th floor of an elevator-equipped building that also has a laundry room. There is a private outdoor patio that can seat up to six people and another larger communal outdoor space. It's a short walk to great restaurants and cafes (Montesacro, The Four Horsemen, Xixa, Fiction, Align, Nyla), and grocery stores, bodegas, pharmacies, and great parks (Harvest Market, Shop Fair, Walgreens, Domino Park, McCarren Park) are all within a ten to fifteen-minute walk. We will be leaving the space mostly furnished as shown in the pictures, and the price is inclusive of heat, hot water, and Wi-Fi. In-person and virtual tours will be available this coming Sunday afternoon (3/15). We are open to all visitors/travelers/current New Yorkers who are willing to water our plants while we're gone. :)
