We are a retired couple living in Villefranche over 20 years. I am an Irish artist and my companion is a Belgian sculptor. We speak English and French. We live nearby - about 10 minute walk away. We bought this small town house about five years ago and rent it out on a regular basis.
We are happy to rent the house for a year but you would need to have your visa in place beforehand. However it is easier to get a three month visitors visa to stay in France.
Please do the Visa research first before you contact me.
We would give preference to someone renting for a year. However we would also consider a three month rental.
But nothing shorter than one month could be considered.
Please note the rental does not include electricity which should cost about 100€ max per month.
Villefranche de R is a lively town in summer. Lots going on. Music, theatre, Opera, exhibitions, evening food markets. There is a small international ex-pat community here. All nationalities including, Brits, US, Canadian, Irish, German, Icelandic!
