The Royal Palms Shuffleboard Club is on the hunt for a personable, experienced, and detail-oriented MANAGER to help lead our Brooklyn location.

From nurturing the largest shuffleboard league in the world, to running large corporate events, to hosting birthday parties on the weekends, this job demands an extrovert who loves people and exhibits high emotional intelligence and wide-ranging interpersonal skills.

Must be comfortable on the floor, behind the bar, and leading a staff of seasoned industry professionals.

Our ideal candidate is engaged by the challenge and nuance in balancing the interests of the guests, the staff and the organization as a whole.

Hospitality-specific management experience is a must

About Us

Applicants will speak with the ownership and management teams during the hiring process.

We are a high-volume shuffleboard/nightclub focussed on providing all guests with a fun, engaging entertainment experience.

This is a full-time management job with the expectation that the hire will be engaged with their work both while physically in the building working floor management shifts and responsible for their work outside of time in the building.

The culture of the Palms is a huge part of what makes this job so special. We have a tightly-knit staff of 25-30 people who get along as friends both at work and outside of work.
