About the Area:
1.5 miles from the center of Manchester, the house is perched on a hill at the end of a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. There is a recreation trail and sidewalk close by that make the town accessible by foot (35 mins) or by bike (10 mins).
Manchester is one of Vermont’s most beloved village communities. Nestled between the Taconic and Green Mountains at the base of Mount Equinox, it offers authentic small-town, mountain charm with world-class dining, shopping, arts, and recreation. The town stays active year-round with dozens of seasonal activities and events.

We’re Michael and Ananta, the owners of the home. While we currently live in Boston for work, we manage the property closely and are available 24/7. We also have trusted local support in Manchester for maintenance, cleaning, and any needs that may arise during your stay.
$2,500 per week
$7,500 per month
$22,500 for entire season (Jan-April)
Payment Terms:
Weekly and monthly stays are due in full prior to check-in
Seasonal stays are paid monthly, with the first month due upfront
Utilities:
All utilities are included. Guests are asked to use heating and other utilities responsibly. Excessive or unreasonable usage of heat may be billed separately.
