What You’ll Do:
Manage, update, and refine our Wix website
Design digital and print marketing materials in Canva and Photoshop
Create, schedule, and manage content across social platforms (especially Instagram)
Develop a cohesive brand voice centered on Ridgewood
Produce high-quality visual content (stories, posts, reels, flyers, ads)
Track analytics, measure engagement, and refine campaigns based on performance
Build and execute marketing strategies for new listings and company initiatives
Research neighborhood trends, local businesses, and upcoming community developments
Pitch creative ideas that highlight Ridgewood’s culture and increase brand presence

Experienced. You’ve managed marketing campaigns before and can run things independently.
Design-forward. You have a strong visual eye and know how to make content that actually performs.
Strategic. You understand how to plan, time, and structure posts to maximize engagement.
Analytical. You know your way around insights, analytics, and what they mean.
Local-minded. You have real knowledge of Ridgewood—its streets, aesthetics, businesses, and community.
Resourceful and self-directed. You can take initiative, propose solutions, and run with ideas.
Communicative. You work well with a team and can clearly express your creative vision.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Wix, Canva, Photoshop, Google Suite, and SEO fundamentals
Strong understanding of Instagram, social media trends, and analytics tools
Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Prior experience in marketing, real estate marketing, or brand building
Must have deep familiarity with Ridgewood (non-negotiable)
Bonus Skills:
(Not required but definitely appreciated)
Experience with short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok)
Photography or content capture skills
Experience with email marketing platforms
Knowledge of Bushwick, Maspeth, and East Williamsburg

We are a fast-growing real estate company rooted in Ridgewood, Queens. Our work is hyperlocal, community-focused, and deeply connected to Ridgewood’s unique character. We market residential and commercial listings, manage local buildings, and collaborate with neighborhood businesses and residents every day.
We are looking for a Marketing Associate who isn’t just skilled—but someone who understands Ridgewood itself: its identity, energy, small-business culture, architecture, and the real people who live here. If you can look at a corner of Myrtle, Wyckoff, or Seneca and immediately understand what kind of content would resonate there, this job is for you.
This is a hybrid position: most responsibilities can be done remotely, but we meet in person in Ridgewood every other week to plan strategy, review campaigns, and collaborate creatively.
