Subletting my lovely mediterranean-style 1 bed/1 bath in Santa Monica from mid-July to the end of September. Terracotta exterior, arched hallways, colored tile accents - it’s an absolute gem!

The apartment is in a quiet, gated community with a pool, hot tub, and shared vegetable garden. It's 4 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from Main St. and has private outdoor space and 1 garage parking spot. No pets, parties, or smoking indoors.

Hi all - I'm a marketer/event producer originally from NY but now based in LA. I love all things beauty, fashion, and design, and my apartment shows it (or so I think!).

I'll be back east for the summer and am looking for someone respectful and trustworthy to enjoy it while I'm away. It's in a great, walkable location 5 minutes from local coffee shops/restaurants and 10 minutes to the beach.
