Midtown east, 1 bedroom, quiet, clean, lots of natural light, and warm. Apartment has big bright windows, plants and hardwood floors. Lots of NYC charm. Full kitchen with dishwasher, washer & dryer in the basement. Elevator building, but to get in the front of the building there are three steps, so the building is not fully accessible.

Everything is on the corner, coffee, restaurants, stores and more. E,M,6 train and M15 and M50 bus are very close.

Space is furnished and my belongs will remain.

Preference given to full term rental. I live there full time I will be traveling for the 6 weeks. It’s really comfortable space. Quiet block, nice temperature in the winter. 1 queen bed, 1 air mattress and comfortable couch. Fully stocked kitchen. $7500 for the entire 6 weeks including all utilities.
