Rent: $250 per night (discount available for longer stays) — includes all utilities, WiFi, furnishings, and professional cleaning
$100 cleaning fee.
Deposit: $400 refundable security deposit due at move-in
Payment: Full rent due upfront to secure the stay; deposit returned within 5 days of checkout pending inspection
Ideal For: Families spending the holidays in North Carolina or a small group seeking a comfortable, fully equipped home base in Raleigh.
House Rules: No smoking, no parties, and please treat the home with care. I have a few plants that just need a little water once a week — they’ll appreciate the attention!
