WE ARE UPSTATE PART OF THE WEEK. Subletting the front room that's all yours, with a separate back bedroom that's ours (and closed when we're not in town). Looking for a minimum of 3 months, extendable up to 6 months (negotiable, including start date).

We are spending a majority of our time upstate. We have to be in the office Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Most other days we are most likely upstate, though we are often arriving late Sunday night/Monday and leaving Wednesday night/Thursday. When we’re in the apartment, mid-40s professional couple with our mini Dachshund dog Ellie.

Fully furnished, full kitchen, full amenities. TV with all streaming services included in your bedroom.

Great sunlight throughout the apartment. New Crate and Barrel sleeper sofa, very comfortable. When we are not home, you'll have access to separate room with office set-up with desk, sofa, and printer. Street parking available.

Explore the best of Brooklyn in the trendy neighborhoods of Williamsburg and Bushwick. So many incredible restaurants and bars nearby, all within walking distance. Plus you're 2 blocks away from the Morgan stop of the L train that, in a 15-minute ride, you're in the heart of Manhattan.
