Hi there!

I'm looking to rent a tiny room to use as a music production studio. Looking to do some recording of vocals and acoustic guitar so I'm looking for someplace reasonably quiet.

I'll do some electric guitar recording sometimes, but that's as loud as it'll get. No drumsets, no full bands.

There's really not that much noise disturbance. I have had zero complaints in the past 5 years of having the home studio in various apartments. Most recently in a row-home in Crown Heights. That said, if noise is a concern I'm sure we could create a compromise about limiting noise to specific hours. If that helps make it work for us both for the right space!
