1100sq ft studio space in BK Navy Yard Building 77 available to share!

We are set designers and have been in the space for 3 years. It is set up 1/2 as an office space for computer work and storage, and 1/2 as a wood shop. We have lots of tools, supplies, and props we are willing to share.

We use the space a couple days per week. We have plenty of room for someone to join us, and work flexibly to make sure everyone has enough time/space in the studio.

There is 24hr security in the building, a loading dock, parking, great freight elevators. Ready for someone to move in immediately.

About This Lister

We are Emma Magidson and Henrique Cirilo of WayOut Studio. We do set design, prop styling, and creative direction for clients in fashion, advertising, and the arts.

Henrique was born and raised in the countryside of Brazil. He began his career at a large international financial company in Sao Paulo, where he worked for several years before moving to New York City to pursue a creative calling, getting his start in prop styling and production. Emma, formally trained in graphic design and architecture, began her career creating exhibitions at the Design Museum of Chicago.
