My apt in my favorite neighborhood Nolita (restaurants, shopping, galleries, all subways), light and art-filled apt - compact with alcove for full size bed, private large rooftop deck with big garden (have to water) and incredible views to swing in hammock have outdoor dinners. Air conditioned! BUT - 6th floor walkup, must be fit and must love a black 12 year old black cat (Auto feeder but needs a little love and care) - that's why offering incredible rate and require good references. All you need - full kitchen with table and stools, bath with tub. Only for 1 person or a couple. No parties, only smoking outside. No artwork created on site. Can extend through August.
