The space is fully furnished, including all kitchen essentials, bedding, and bathroom essentials.
The unit has sprawling windows, fantastic natural light, is clean and well-maintained, and features plants and herbs that line the window sill (can be removed if preferred).

My wife and I have been living in New York City for 5+ years. We love our space and our neighborhood and are excited to give someone else the experience of living here! We will be relocating for work for about 6-12 months, which is why we are looking to sublease.

Subletter will need to sign a sublease agreement and provide a security deposit. We are looking for a minimum of a 6-month stay, and are flexible beyond that. We are also flexible with starting date, but are aiming to sublease the unit around mid-August.
