I'm a full time novelist with two young children at home, and am not able to work from home anymore. I don't need a lot of space, just quiet and privacy. Short term or long term would be great. I can bring my own furniture, if necessary (just a desk and chair, most likely). Ideally, there would be bathroom access and natural light. I would expect to spend most monday through friday mornings there, and then, when I'm on deadline, a few twelve to fifteen hour days a month.
