The Space:
The house itself has 5 private rooms, each with its own sleeping accomodation. The primary bedroom offers a lush queen Tempurpedic mattress and main bathroom with bathtub and toilet. The next bedroom is perfect for kids or adults with two full beds (main bed and trundle mattress). There is an additional private office space on the second floor that can convert to a sleeping area with a twin pull out. On the main floor there are two separate sleeping rooms- one with an amazing imported custom Italian Murphy bed that folds into a couch and the other with a queen size TemperPedic mattress and large comfortable couch.

The cottage is nestled within the gardens, offering flexible space that can serve as a work area, yoga studio, writing retreat, or serene guest overflow area. A small pottery cottage and classic tree swings add simple charm to the grounds. The expansive backyard feels like a private park—lush, quiet, and lovingly maintained—offering rare space and privacy so close to both beach and town.

Mornings begin with the rhythm of nature, and afternoons invite beach walks, bike rides, sailing excursions, or exploring nearby shops and restaurants. Whether you are hosting a milestone celebration, reconnecting with family, or simply seeking restorative space near the ocean, this nurturing home welcomes you to the serenity of the Northeast.
