We have a studio opening for rent starting May 1.

First Studio: May 01 move in @ $950 for 9'x24'

Very private/quiet office w/ a window out back. Cute original details, heavy duty sheetrocked walls and glass exterior. This has been a favorite studio for graphic designers and film folks, but I welcome other types of trades!

We are a creative community here in the Wallabout / Navy Yard / Fort Greene area. We have curated a fabulous group of makers and artists of all sorts... from fashion to architecture, film making to jewelry and painting.... we have a bit of it all. Located down the street from Steiner Studios, Flushing Food Courts, Wegmans across the street, 15 minutes to BAM and New Lab is across the street. Kinda close to it all. it all Multiple sizes of art studios & office spaces geared towards smaller companies, fashion, start-ups, photographers, filmmakers, illustrators, editors, painters, photographers, sculptors, hat makers, jewelry, writers, and more! Our communal kitchen, conference and rooftop are great areas for networking or taking a moment or catching up on insta!

A few things we sadly not accommodate:
Toxic fumes, heavy duty woodshed work, no BAND/music rehearsals, no smoking, hair or nail salon artists, excessive noisemaking work or DUST.

Centrally located; these studios are walking distance to Dumbo (12 mins), Pratt (10 mins), Wburg (10min via car).

I'm the manager, an artist and also have a studio here.

I am helping to facilitate a project here in the Wallabout which is in midst of a creative boom. My plan is to help curate a smaller mix of entreprenuers/artists who are respectful, considerate, kind, passionate about their work and about sharing the space.
