Specifically, on the corner of West 180 street and Fort Washington Avenue. It is less than 5 minutes from the A or 1 subway stations and also the GWB Port Authority Bus station.
There is a street entrance, and a back entrance through the building.
We have part time administrative help available.
The total size of the office is 1000 sf and was renovated in 2022. There is a large open front area, which we use for movement and exercise.
There are two separate private rooms available for rent on weekly, monthly or yearly terms.
One is larger than the other.
Both have storage closets and cabinets.
There are large windows and it is well-lit and maintained.
Cost will vary based on usage and if storage is requested.
There are sinks in each room, and a large bathroom.
There is also a kitchen area with a fridge and microwave.

I am a female, 49 year old Physical therapist, and this is my private practice, which was established in NYC in 2016. I have shared with 2 other Physical therapists in the past, and would again like to share my space with other professionals.
I am passionate about my work and spend a lot of time here.
I am a tenant, and there is a five year lease that I will likely renew when it is up in May 2027. So, I am looking for a subletter. I will be in charge of meeting people, showing the space, and managing any sublease agreements.
