One-bedroom apartment available June 15 – July 31 near Columbia University in Harlem
I'm subletting my 600 sq ft one-bedroom apartment in Harlem, furnished with a single bed.
Located two blocks from W116th St & Frederick Douglass Blvd and the B/C subway stations. Walkable to Columbia University, with grocery stores and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.
The unit is on the second floor of a walk-up building. There is no in-building laundry, but several laundromats are close by.

Utilities up to $100/month (any usage beyond this cap is the subtenant's responsibility)
House rules: No pets. No parties.
Check-out: July 31 by 12:00pm (noon).
About me: I'm an associate professor of art history at a university in NYC. I'll be in Japan with my daughter from mid-June through July.
Rental terms:
June 15–30: $1,100 — due one week before June 15
July 1–31: $2,200 — due one week before July 1
Security deposit to secure the apartment: $500, fully refundable at the end of the stay provided the apartment is left in good condition
Government-issued ID, a reference (previous landlord or employer), and a signed sublease agreement are required.
