The apartment features a virtual doorman as well as a part time doorman at night, an elevator, and in unit laundry. Next door to a cvs and other neighborhood markets. 10 min walk to ideal food basket and a huge laundromat next door.

I will leave my laundry card for you and provide ample space in the fridge and freezer for your grocery needs. All utilities are included in the price.
