This one bedroom, one bathroom apt from the 1930's is close to everything. We have a mini-target 2 blocks down, Sunset and all the coffee shops and bars are a 7 minute walk.
My apartment is the bottom right of a 4-unit building. My neighbors are great, quiet and chill.
You will have access to 1 parking space and a beautiful little backyard garden. The gardener comes by every Tuesday to blow leaves and keep up with the plants.

The apartment will be fully furnished with all utilities included, except for washer/dryer.

I will be traveling and need someone to take care of my beloved space.
