I am looking for a conscientious person to sublet my apartment for June, July, and part of August.

The apartment is a floor-through, third-floor walk-up (top floor) in a brownstone in the center of Fort Greene. It is a block away from the C and G trains and close to the Atlantic/ Barclays station. It is also near BAM, grocery stores, restaurants, and the park. The space is a one-bedroom apartment with a study. I use the study as my bedroom and the bedroom as a studio space.

My neighbors have lived in the building for a long time and are quiet and respectful - I hope to find the same in a subletter.

No pets or smoking. I have a cat that is coming with me. I will clean the apartment well, but you may want to consider this if you are allergic to cats.

There is no washer/dryer/dishwasher, but there is a laundromat around the corner.

The studio is best for clean work - drawing, water-based materials, etc.
