Your room comes with a bed and mattress, but otherwise unfurnished. The unit is a 2.5BD, 1.5BA with two floors and a backyard accessible directly through both the living room and the basement. There is laundry in the basement of the building. The kitchen has a gas stove with four burners, an oven, a microwave, a full-size refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The unit has central heating and AC.

Hi! My name is Silas. I am an undergraduate photography student living and studying here in Manhattan. A personal crisis led the roommate I signed a year-long lease with to vacate the apartment and I'm just here on ListingsProject trying to fill in the gaps as best I can.

I'm a peaceful, quiet person, and like to keep the place tidy. The unit's downstairs, where I call home, essentially acts as a separate unit; I come and go through the basement door, and I'm only ever upstairs to shower or cook. I have another short-term roommate, Elm, whom you'd be living with for the month of December. They're an artist and full-time dog walker, and a very thoughtful and low-maintenance roommate. They have a sweet little kitty, Miku, who doesn't really leave their bedroom and certainly doesn't cause any trouble.
