Hi! My roommate and I are looking for a subletter to move into our apartment in Fort Greene for six weeks (August 15th-September 30th). The apartment is two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Blocks away the C/G train on a sweet tree-lined street and on the parlor level of a classic Brooklyn brownstone and close to a lot of fun bars and restaurants. The building has three other units. Apartment has a spacious kitchen/ living room and dishwasher! Room for rent also has HUGE closet.

We will be moving in on the 15th and I am going to finish out my lease in my current apartment so you will begin the lease, meaning the apartment will be a bit of a work-in-progress at the beginning *photos in listing are of current tenants space*. We are looking for someone friendly, respectful, and generally just easy to live with!

About This Lister

Roommate will be a 26 year old female who works as a nurse on nights (subletter will need to be mindful of volume in the apartment during some days). We would prefer one person to sublet for the six weeks. Looking for someone preferably female-identifying.
