Below is a detailed description and bonus info about us.

The title "unique loft" is been used on everything Williamsburg related but in this case, it's simply the accurate description.

Everything in our house has a story...we like stories.

Built 70 years ago, on a 100 x 25 ft lot, originally a lumber warehouse that hosted a painter's raw studio and later served as rehearsal space for a music band. The 2,700 square feet with 14" ft ceilings garage has been a 12-year labor of love conversion, to a tad modern yet warm, cozy, and comfy live and work loft.

The house is divided into two big areas, the studio and living quarters. The front door opens to the studio/work area and you continue in the living room, open kitchen, and further down to the bedrooms.

The studio area faces the street through a 12x10 ft clear glass garage door which provides more daylight than any window could ever do. Privacy from the street is secured with a dual system. Professional studio panels allow ample light but block visibility from the street and blackout theater-grade curtains (apologies but none is shown in pictures).

Studio/workspace comes with a custom-made desk/office, a ping pong table, a drum set, two couches (one a pull-out sofa-bed), a futon couch (full double bed), and a Manfrotto AutoPole backdrop system (up to 9ft seamless paper). Decorative vintage Preway freestanding hardwood fireplace.

The studio is equipped with an all-analog hi-fi audio system on a vintage amp. All connected to AppleTV with pro-color grading 42" plasma monitor. Provided HDMI run for projections up to 107" on the studio wall.

Our kitchen hosted two TV cooking shows and is immense. We are avid cooks and everything - pasta maker included - is there.

The kitchen is equipped with a professional range w/hood, Bosch dishwasher, 48" side-by-side Liebherr refrigerator along with a chest freezer which will keep you plenty away from regular supermarket runs.

The kitchen/living room open floor plan area is enclosed in the warmth of three trees under two big skylights along plenty of vines.

Our trees are 15 plus years old and they are the most precious of all in the house. Being able to cater to the simple task of watering the trees is an absolute requirement. Talking to trees is a plus. An aquarium with tropical fish is also part of the living space.

The living room is equipped with an all-original recording studio analog amplifier/speakers setup with pristine hi-fi performance. All are connected to an AppleTV with a 60" screen. All set up by a music studio engineer.

Two bedrooms with California King and Queen beds. Third-bedroom conversion is also available if needed.

The bathroom is really big but with a small and cute bathtub. Miele professional grade washer and dryer along with ample storage space for all home supplies.

The house has a private driveway which secures 24/7 street parking by the front door.

House heat is a combination of loft-like modine gas blowers and modern split unit heat/AC pumps. All are connected to Nest thermostats.

About This Lister

Our loft is a labor of love renovation to accommodate our creative couple and our child.

The house is decorated with friends' artwork, photography, sculptures, drawings, and collectible items from travels. We would like to entrust everything - including our gorgeous trees - to the one(s) appreciative of what the house offers.

Our home is ideal for couples and a perfect fit for a family with one child. There is more than enough space for everyone to dine, cook, play, and do homework simultaneously.

The ideal tenants will become friends, nourish our plants, feed our fish, read our books, invite their friends but NOT host parties.

We are neat and clean freaks so keeping things in order and protecting the valuable artwork and our trees are priority requirements.

Note, that some pictures are from older decorations but are accurate to the layout.
