Hi! Subletting my beautiful 700 sq ft 1 BR apt from Dec 11th/12th to Jan 9th while I'm traveling. It's a special apartment with historical details like the original mahogony fireplace, parquet floors, and soaring 13ft ceilings with crown moulding. The neighborhood is famous for Mama's TOO pizza, Silver Moon Bakery, Hungarian Pastry Shop and more. I love how calm and beautiful the area is and it's especially picturesque during the holidays!

Apt is fully furnished with designer and vintage furniture, Samsung Frame TV with every streaming platform, renovated kitchen with gas stove/dishwasher, and a shower with great heat/water pressure. There's also a large patio off the bedroom which is less relevant in this season but handy for figuring out what coat to wear before you go outside ;)

-105 btwn WEA/Riverside. It's a historic block and the 1 train is a block and a half away. About 20 mins to West Village, 30 to Tribeca/FiDi.
-Quiet building with respectful, friendly neighbors.
-Dishwasher
-Just one flight up in a building with a marble lobby,original woodwork hallway, and wide stairwell.
- Preference will be given to those who can stay the full four weeks

Note: I only moved in this summer and have been playing with layout, so you'll see variances in the photos. Not pictured: bedroom is being painted a lovely earthy brown and bathroom a moody mauve-y brown this week!
