Hi! I’m looking for a studio somewhere near Clinton Hill/Navy Yard/Ft Greene. I’m hoping to either sublet or share a space with someone—but also open to taking over a lease. Trial period is also fine.

I’m primarily working with non-toxic oils, but decent ventilation and sink access would be necessary. I work with headphones in and maintain a clean space, though I’m not opposed to being in a messier studio. I’m hoping to find something in the $500-750 range, depending on amenities.

I would only be able to be in the studio 2-3x/week: either at night or during the weekend (as I’m currently working full time during weekdays), so having a shift-like share might work nicely with the right person.
