RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Uphold and represent the company image by maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
- Maintain day to day operations including but not limited to, fulfilling online orders, receiving new product, clienteling and engaging customers in the store, steaming, merchandising, standardizing, restocking inventory, helping out in all departments and being a team player
- Work with clients to accommodate their needs and wants - always maintaining high standards
- Cultivate strong client relationships
- Maintaining the standards of the sales floor: evenly spaced hanging merchandise, folded items are uniform and correct (including all backstock areas), cleanliness, adhering to store merchandising plan
- Assist with special events and projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in high-end Women's RTW and shoes/handbags; interest in art / ceramics a plus.
- Knowledge of Oroboro's designer roster and ability to communicate to clients what makes these brands unique
- Team oriented with a sensitivity to take initiative and help colleagues
- Special understanding of Customer Service needs and client priorities with a sense of discretion, formality and grace
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, follow-through and computer skills needed
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task
- Ability to work varied hours/days, weekends and holidays
COMPENSATION: $20/ hour plus commission
Oroboro Store, a luxury womenswear and lifestyle concept store in New York City, is looking for part-time sales associates for two positions:
-permanent sales associate 1-2 days a week
-temporary sales associate 1 plus days a week for the month of December
