About the Role
We’re looking for a talented sales associate who thrives in a small business environment—someone who doesn’t just sell clothes, but builds relationships, works seamlessly with teammates, and understands the rhythm of day-to-day boutique operations. You’ll flex between both shops as needed, so experience with both men’s and women’s fashion is strongly preferred.
What You’ll Do
• Welcome and assist customers with personalized styling and thoughtful recommendations.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, from first-time shoppers to loyal regulars.
• Manage transactions with accuracy and ease.
• Support daily shop operations: receiving, tagging, merchandising, and maintaining a polished store environment.
• Follow and uphold store procedures to keep operations smooth and consistent.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations and a cohesive client experience across both shops.
• Contribute to the overall success of the boutiques by taking initiative and thinking like an owner.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven retail experience with a strong track record in relationship-driven sales.
• Styling expertise and a genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their best—across both men’s and women’s fashion.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a positive, team-first attitude.
• Small-business minded—comfortable wearing many hats, from client service to procedural operations.
• Social media experience is a plus (sharing product highlights, client stories, or shop updates).
• Visual merchandising experience is a big plus.
• Availability for 3-4 days per week including at least one weekend day. There is potential for increased hours during the holiday season.
